Your role:
As a Experienced UX/UI Designer at Fabrikate, you’re more than a creative - you're a technical thinker with a foundation rooted in design systems and modern frontend logic. You’ll collaborate seamlessly with our developers, understanding their needs and tackling challenges together. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where rapid delivery and iterative improvement are the norm.
What you bring:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in UX/UI Design, with a proven track record in digital product delivery.
- A strong, developer-like technical mindset: you think in components, patterns, and reusable building blocks.
- Highly skilled with Figma, including the latest best practices (variables, design tokens, prototyping, auto layout, etc.).
- Mastery in building and presenting interactive prototypes that inspire clients and guide developers.
- Expert knowledge of design systems, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design.
- Up-to-date with current industry trends, Figma updates, and frontend best practices.
- Hands-on experience with methodologies like Design Thinking, Design Sprints, and Atomic Design.
- Passionate about creating scalable designs and collaborating with developers in real-time.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; clear communicator and visual storyteller.
