In early 2020, we were contacted by Cyclis, the pioneer in bicycle leasing. At the time, the rapidly growing scale-up was having a number of challenges in terms of end-user experience.
The solution
Starting with a series of design workshops, we created a complete redesign. By separating web portals for various groups of end-users, catering to their specific needs. The cross-device designs streamlined the old user flow, eliminating vast amounts of pain points.

Our partnership with Cyclis exceeded their expectations and received positive feedback from their end-users. Fabrikate remains entrusted with the design of Cyclis' new projects.
